Terms of Service

By accessing or using IZONUS Proof (“the Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

IZONUS Proof is an AI skill benchmarking platform. We provide head-to-head comparisons of AI skills, prompts, and workflows using AI-driven scoring across multiple model providers. Features include the Duel Arena, Skill Refiner, Security Vault, Leaderboard, Consistency Testing, Token Efficiency Scoring, Categories browser, and the public Skill Submission flow.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not issue refunds for partial months.
• Early adopter pricing is locked for life as long as your subscription remains active and continuous. If you cancel and later resubscribe, current pricing applies.
• Plan limits, feature gating, and BYOK behaviour are described on the Pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Submit malicious or harmful skill / prompt content (including content that incites violence, sexual content involving minors, or content designed to deceive or defraud).
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, plan gates, or other access controls.
• Use the platform to generate content that violates third-party rights or applicable law.
• Scrape, mirror, or programmatically access the platform without prior written permission.
• Share a single account between multiple users. Each subscription is for one person unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the operation of the Service.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your own API keys.
• We transmit your key per request directly to the relevant provider and do not store it on our servers.
• You are responsible for any usage costs incurred against your provider account.
• We are not liable for any key exposure, leak, or compromise caused by your own device, browser, network, or accidental sharing.

• All benchmark scores are generated by AI models. They are indicative, not definitive.
• Results may vary between runs even for identical inputs, due to model non-determinism.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI judgements for any specific purpose.
• Treat IZONUS Proof scores as one signal among many — not a substitute for human review.

• Skill or prompt content you submit remains your property.
• By submitting content via the public submission flow or for public benchmarking, you grant IZONUS Proof a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to benchmark, display, and reference the content and its scores publicly — including on the Leaderboard, in shared duel results, and in marketing materials.
• The IZONUS Proof platform, branding, design, and source code are the intellectual property of IZONUS / izonus.io.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IZONUS Proof and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of previously paid amounts.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email (where we have your address) or via a prominent notice in the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
